
Vinaigrette with Honey and Tahini
Green, bitter salads and radicchio.
Dilute the honey and the tahini with water and then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir by hand and add slowly the olive oil.

100gr cold pressed tahini Samythos
1 ts organic fir honey Korys
1 whole lemon juice and zest
1/2 ts organic spearmint Myrovolos
"Afrina" Fleur de sel
freshly ground pepper
100ml EVOO Beliá
