Hot garlic paste, ready to use  from Ptelea, Kozani Greece.

Add it in garlic pasta or create a different "aglio&olio" or even a tangy carbonara. You can also easily make aromatic oil by adding a little paste into the oil container. By diluting it, you can make a dipping sauce, for fried or Asian-inspired dishes. Simply experiment with the quantity to create the desired intensity.  Moreover, it is great for hummus and eggplant salads.
