Spicy Garlic Paste with Greek Chili Peppers

A handy product that on one hand relieves us from the not-so-fun process of cleaning and mashing a garlic, while on the other hand gives the necessary tasty intensity to a multitude of recipes.
In addition to traditional recipes, which seek this combination, it can be used in so many ways.
From its obvious use to a bruschetta, where a small dose of it is enough to “bring it alive”, to soups, dips, yogurts, pasta dishes, seafood like shrimps, pilaf, and of course, as a marinade ingredient or dressing. It is great for hummus and eggplant salads.
Put it in garlic pasta or create a different “alio olio” or even a tangy carbonara. You can also easily make aromatic oil by adding a little paste into the oil container. By diluting it make a dipping sauce, for fried or Asian-inspired dishes. Simply experiment with the quantity to create the desired intensity.
