The Olympus Apple Vinegar is a high quality organic apple vinegar. It is produced from apples of selected varieties using traditional techniques and a natural fermentation process.

It contains many vitamins, it has antiseptic properties, enhances the good function of the gastrointestinal system, hydrates the cells and helps the nervous system to function properly.

The Olympus Apple Vinegar is not pasteurized and is produced in privately owned facilities, next to the place where the apples grow, with almost "homemade" processes.
